Professional pamphlet printing with bi-fold, tri-fold, and custom folding for brochures, menus, and corporate profiles.
Per-page dimensions vary by fold type. For tri-fold layouts, the inner panel must be slightly reduced to ensure folding precision. Please refer to the specification table in the folding guide when placing an order.
Auto-folding is an order-stage option; if it is not selected, the product is shipped flat. Post-folding is available only for simple folds, and the absence of preparatory finishes such as scoring reduces fold quality. Papers weighing 200gsm or more inevitably exhibit cracking. Please contact us for a separate quote.
The standard allowable tolerance for folding is ±1–2mm. This falls within industry standards and is not eligible for rework. Please review this specification when placing an order.
Laminating is recommended for menu applications, given the high frequency of handling. Matte produces a subdued finish, while gloss delivers vivid color characteristics. Please finalize the coating specification during the quotation stage.
Punching is a separate finishing option. The hole must be positioned at least 5mm inside the paper edge. Avoid placing text or logos within 5mm of the hole, and ensure no overlap with the fold line.
Please secure a minimum safety margin of 3mm on each side of the fold line. The combined folding tolerance of ±1–2mm and trimming tolerance may cause design elements to overlap with the fold line. A 2mm bleed should be added separately to the outer edges.
Fold quality is secured when the paper grain runs parallel to the fold line. Folding perpendicular to the grain increases the likelihood of cracking. For heavier-weight papers (200gsm and above), please select the Scoring option when placing an order.
Foil and embossing can be applied, but please avoid areas adjacent to fold or trim lines. Finishing areas should be positioned at least 5mm away from fold lines and outer edges, and application is recommended only on flat panels.
The double-sided registration tolerance is approximately ±1–2mm. Please avoid designs that depend on precise alignment between the front and reverse sides. For thin papers of 100gsm or less, show-through may cause darker colors to be partially visible on the opposite side.
