Paper envelopes may tear when interior clearance is insufficient relative to the contents. Please configure the specifications at the order stage to ensure adequate clearance on all sides relative to the contents.
Window film detachment is exceptionally rare. If it occurs, please submit a 1:1 inquiry. Reports must be filed within 5 days of receipt.
Envelopes ship with three sides glued, excluding the flap. The standard structure includes adhesive on the two side panels (left and right) and the bottom panel.
Postal rates are calculated according to the postal service's standards. Standard and non-standard classifications apply. Please verify exact rates through the official postal service website.
In addition to postal standard formats such as DL, C5, and A4, a wide range of non-standard sizes are available. Specialty sizes for gift certificates, lottery tickets, business cards, and other applications are produced to custom specifications. For standard formats, please refer to the postal service's guidelines.
Foil and embossing can be applied. However, embossing is not recommended for orders distributed through pressure-applying channels such as postal mail. Verification of the postal service's automated-sorting scan zone is required in advance. Print coverage within the scan zone will impede automated sorting. Avoidance of glued areas should also be considered.
In jacket-style envelopes, the flap is positioned on the long edge, while in standard envelopes the flap is on the short edge. Jacket-style is suited to landscape-format document envelopes, and standard-style is suited to portrait-format envelopes.
