Turnaround	Estimated turnaround is 3–5 business days from design preview approval and print start date. Every effort is made to meet the estimated turnaround. However, delays may occur subject to our production schedule. Estimated delivery is based on Korean business days. Delivery may be delayed due to public holidays or customs processing in the destination country.

Order Cancellation & Refunds

Refund policy for ready-made accessory products.

This product is a ready-made item, not a custom-made product. Returns and exchanges due to a simple change of mind are accepted.

Return or exchange requests for a change of mind must be submitted through Customer Support within 7 days of receipt. In such cases, return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Returns and exchanges may not be accepted if the product has been opened, used, or damaged to the extent that resale is no longer possible.

If a Company-attributable issue such as a product defect or incorrect shipment is confirmed, please submit a request through Customer Support within 7 days of receipt. Shipping costs are borne by the Company, and the product is eligible for an exchange or a full refund.

Order cancellation requests should be submitted through Customer Support.
