Saddle-stitched booklets bound with staples. Great for thin booklets, program books, and guides.
Saddle stitching supports production from 8 to 40 pages. The page count must be a multiple of 4. For orders exceeding 40 pages, please use perfect binding.
For low-page-count orders, the cover and inner pages can use the same paper. Typically, the cover is produced on heavier paper than the inner pages to ensure durability and a premium feel.
The cover is fixed in color. Inner pages must be either entirely in color or entirely in black-and-white; per-page mixing is not supported.
All cover finishes are available. A range of options can be selected, including matte and gloss laminate, foil, and spot UV. Matte laminate offers a refined texture with reduced fingerprint visibility, while gloss laminate provides vivid color reproduction and color protection.
Separate colored inserts are not supported. Only inside-cover endpapers can be added.
Page numbering must be applied at the design stage by the customer. As a print platform, we do not provide design modification services.
Saddle stitch produces up to 40 pages, while perfect binding starts from a minimum of 12 pages. Perfect binding has a somewhat higher unit cost but creates a defined spine, providing a superior premium feel.
